This listing is for one white 12x4 inch white subway tile with a stand to hold it up.

Personalization:
- List the name you would like as the main name (Title - Mom, Grandma, Nana, Mimi...) on the tile
- List the name(s) you would like listed in the center of the tile through the name or if you don't want any, please say "None"

Once I receive your order and I have the names that I need, I will send you a plain mock-up of the design of what it will look at on the tile within 2 days. If you need to make revisions, I will get those to you within a day, until you are happy with the mock-up. After you let me know you approve, I will get it made and sent out within 3 business days.

Refund Policy
Since I first get your approval of the design before making it, I do not offer refunds on my items unless they have been lost in the mail or damaged in shipping. If that’s the case, please message me and I’d be happy to work with you on getting a replacement out to you as soon as possible.

Payment Policy
I accept etsy gift cards, PayPal and most major credit cards. I will start processing your order as soon as payment has cleared and details of orders are finalized.

Shipping Policy
Orders placed will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after being paid for. Custom orders may take longer depending on how soon mock-ups are chosen and approved, but 99% of the time all of my orders go out within 3-5 business days from the time the order was paid for. All Items shipped in the US are shipped with USPS Priority or UPS.
