Shipping Policy

 1. Order Processing:

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Except for furniture pieces may take up to a week.  

- A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent after your order is shipped.

4. Calculated Rate Shipping:

- **UPS** - 6 service options with calculated rates based on package weight and destination

- **USPS** - 5 service options with calculated rates based on package weight and destination

**Free Shipping:** Available on select promotions and orders over $150.

5. International Shipping:

- We ship to select countries outside the United States.

- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Tracking:

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's status.

 7. Lost or Damaged Packages:

- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@huntshandicrafts.com within 7 days. We will investigate and provide a resolution.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility:

  • We have a 14-day return policy for non-personalized items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyer must pay return shipping.


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please send pictures if the item(s) is damaged from shipping. To start a return, you can contact us at stacihunt15@gmail.com. P2


  • If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1511 Bitner Court, Pittsburg, KS 6676. 

  • You can always contact us for any return question at stacihunt15@gmail.com. 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-returnable., If it is a custom piece or a personalized item, there are no returns unless damaged in shipment.  We send mock-ups numerous times throughout the creation of personalized and custom items, and there is ample opportunity to not approve of the item.  Again, these are nonrefundable unless damaged during shipment. Get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

3. Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 3. Return Process:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.

- When return is accepted, ship the item back to:

4. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at stacihunt15@gmail.com.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to start a return request for the item you have, if accepted, get a refund when item is received, and make a separate purchase for the new item.We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Return Shipping Costs:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

7. European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
