Common questions

How far does one block go? Figure four to six matched knife scale sets, or twelve to sixteen pen blanks, per block.

Will all five pieces match? They were chosen for complementary grain and color, though burl being burl, every block is its own thing.

What about voids? Minor voids and inclusions come with natural burl. Fill them with CA glue or tinted epoxy and they usually become the best part of the piece.
