Can you really put a recipe on it? Yes, and it is one of the nicest things we engrave. Send us the recipe text and we will lay it out to fit the board.
Why does reversible matter? It gives you two boards in one. Keep a working side for cutting and save the engraved face for the table so the design stays crisp.
Is it big enough for a charcuterie spread? At 14 by 11 inches there is room to arrange cheeses, cured meats, and sliced bread together without crowding.
