Common questions

What is the juice well for? Carving a roast or slicing a tomato sends liquid somewhere. The trench keeps it on the board instead of running onto the countertop.

Is it heavy to move? A board this size has some weight to it, which is why the handles are cut into the wood rather than added on. You can lift it from the counter to the table with one hand on each side.

Will it slide while I chop? The silicone feet hold it in place, so you get a stable surface even when you are working quickly.
